In order to receive your payments, you MUST set up direct deposit with the company. You can complete this Direct Deposit Form that you will need to complete and fax to our Associate Service Department at (405) 607-2500, allowing you to receive your commissions in your bank account by 12:01 am on payday. You can also call Member services at 866-467-2221 to set this up via phone.

The pay period runs from Sunday at 12AM CST to the end of the day on Saturday (12AM CST).  Earnings from the week will be paid on the Friday of the following week.

 

RESIDENTS OF THE UNITED STATES AND PUERTO RICO
Direct Deposit is required for all U.S. Residents. YOU MUST HAVE A U.S. BASED BANK ACCOUNT. Checks will NOT be issued for U.S. Residents

 

 

RESIDENTS OF CANADA
Payments will be paid via mailed check ONLY and cannot be paid via Direct Deposit.

 

You can view your sales by visiting your TVCMatrix Backoffice, clicking on the ASSOCIATES tab, and then clicking SALES.  You can usually see a more up to date listing of your sales, as well as your own team's sales by clicking on TEAM SALESYour paycheck for an upcoming Friday will be shown on the ASSOCIATE PAYMENTS tab between the Wednedsay and Thursday before payday on that Friday.

You can see additional details of any earnings by clicking on theACCOUNT tab and clicking on TRANSACTION HISTORY.  You will be able to see the breakdown of your payments made to you when posted, as well as your own payments for your membership.

Remember, MCA Earnings are TAXABLE.  Taxes are NOT taken out of your weekly paychecks so keep that in mind before you start spending all that earned income.  All online business ventures require you to pay taxes. Since you will be considered "self-employed", unlike getting a W-2 from a traditional job at the beginning of the year, you will receive a 1099. Your income is taxable if you make at least $600 in the calendar year.  Find out more info about that here.

If you want LESS of a tax burden and responsibility, look into getting your own BUSINESS NAME along with an Employer Identification Number (EIN).  Once you get these, you can associate these with your TVCMatrix account.  Come tax time, you can look into write-offs for business expenses with your tax preparer.

 Motor Club of America memberships can be paid by a valid credit/debit card of by bank transfer on a monthly basis.

When joining Motor Club of America, If the person has plans on pursuing the business opportunity of MCA, it is recommended to fill in their information on the Electronics Funds Transfer (EFT)method. This method may take a couple days to clear.  Credit Cardis the faster payment method.  If you are referring someone, ensure they are using a bank issued credit/debit card OR pay via EFT to ensure you will receive full commissions.  Most pre-paid or reloadable cards will not earn the referrer the full advance commissions, but will pay them over time as described in theReferral Income section.
